Steel Building Shopper provides a quote service that allows interested parties to receive pricing from multiple steel building suppliers. We do our best to make this a positive process. We may not be able to, in some circumstances, match your request with an available supplier. Additionally, we can not guarantee the quality of the services provided by the suppliers who will receive and respond to your quote request. Steel Building Shopper acts as a conduit only to matching potential buyers with potential suppliers and we are not responsible in any way for the transaction(s) that may ultimately occur between the buyer and the supplier. Steel Building Shopper does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the information provided by suppliers or the products and/or services sold by the suppliers. You should apply as much prudence to the use and purchasing of any goods and services from these suppliers as you would with any other vendor. Should a dispute arise with any supplier, the supplier needs to address the dispute with you directly. As such, you hereby agree you do hereby agree to release Steel Building Shopper (and all employees and agents) from any damages and claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of any disputes or dealings with any suppliers.

1. YOUR USE OF STEEL BUILDING SHOPPER SERVICES

Steel Building Shopper provides the ability for potential buyers to initiate contact with suppliers for the purchase of products and/or services. Steel Building Shopper, however, does not actually sell such products or services, nor is it a party to any transactions that include these products or services. Steel Building Shopper only matches potential buyers' requests for information to participating suppliers. By completing a quote request you agree that you are entering into a business relationship with Steel Building Shopper and its suppliers and thus agree to be contacted by Steel Building Shopper and its suppliers. You agree that said suppliers can contact you regarding your request and that you are expressly consenting to such contact by them or Steel Building Shopper as necessary to respond to such request. The submission of a quote request means that you are expressly consenting to be contacted by Steel Building Shopper and/or by suppliers via email, fax, mail and/or phone or any other reasonable means, at your submitted address(es) and/or number(s). These contact points are necessary so that the services offered on our site can be provided, in order to service your request, and to reasonably address matters related to your account of for other reasonable purposes directly related to our business. It is the agreed that that your use of any Steel Building Shopper services is for purchasing purposes only and not for any other purpose such as advertising or competitive intelligence. You acknowledge that Steel Building Shopper screens your requests and has the right (but not the obligation) at our sole discretion to deny any request that is in violation of these terms and conditions. You affirm that all of the information that you will provide will be accurate, current, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. If you provide any information that is not true, not current, and/or incomplete, or if Steel Building Shopper has reasonable grounds to suspect that said information is not true, not current, and/or incomplete, Steel Building Shopper has the right to refuse you any current or future use of any Steel Building Shopper services. You are responsible for any use of the Steel Building Shopper services by any persons to whom you intentionally or negligently allow access to the password you will be using for the web site. 6. GENERAL TERMS

You acknowledge and agree that Steel Building Shopper services are provided to you on an "AS IS" basis without any warranty whatsoever, and your sole and exclusive remedy, and Steel Building Shopper's sole obligation to you or any third party for any claim arising out of the use of Steel Building Shopper's services or the Steel Building Shopper web site, is that you are free to discontinue the use of Steel Building Shopper's services or the Steel Building Shopper web site and any time.
